Default Clunking noises from steering

hello

my car was not so long ago towed without the tow hook(meaning it was towed by the lower arms) the tow hook wasn't available and it was an emergency. now the thing is since it got fixed i get this clunking noises from both left and right when steering, and when taking a right turn at like 45 mph the car makes a rough sound and the slip light turns for a second or two(kinda like the car brakes a bit on the right wheel only), what parts would have been damaged by that type of towing?

Thanks in advance

Hello.
Do you knowif the fr end was picked up, or the rr.
Clearly not flat bed tow.

If it drives straight, take it to your Nissan dealer and don't say anything. Simply ask for a courtesy inspection. Ask for a printed estimate and walk out. gl

If it does not drive straight, talk to the tow company after dealer.
