Default 2005 350z Electrical Issue after Battery Disconnect

Hi guys,

While I was driving one day, my negative terminal on my battery disconnected somehow. So I went ahead and connected it back and one thing I noticed right away is my factory car alarm controller wasn't working anymore. I proceeded to purchase a new one and in trying to set the new controller, I wasn't able to actually set it. It seems there is something in my car that got shorted and will not allow me to set the FOB key.

I also noticed my gauge that showed my tire pressure shows "--" now and doesn't show me the PSi. My car interior light all stopped working together. I have checked my fuse box but didn't notice anything burnt out. Am I just not looking thoroughly enough?

I'm pretty sure something shorted but I just don't know how to fix this. Dealer wanted to charge me $300 just for a diagnosis.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you don't know how to do electric diagnosis on a modern car, then do THIS. You'll end up paying more just throwing parts you don't need at the problem (obviously.)
