A couple weeks ago, my car got stuck in a parking lot because of the icy weather. I manage to get out of the parking lot after couple of hours but I notice that I have a hard time turning. I check the power steering fluid and it still full. I suspect a problem with power steering but I am not really sure. Can you guys help me? Thank you in advance
