Clicking nose when driving

I have been hearing clicking noise when driving. Can anyone tell me the causation of this problem?

If you've ever broken you nose even as a adolescent it may not have healed perfectly. Under certain kinds of pressures you may experience a clicking type sensation.

I second broken nose. mine clicks and sometimes drips but never when driving.
