Headlight Scratches/Casing Replacement
Hey guys I need your help!
Ever since i bought my 03 350z, coming up on two years ago now, the headlights have always had what appears to be a significant amount of scratches and cloudiness to them. I used some of the 3M or Meguiers or some other headlight restoration crap and it definitely cleared up the cloudiness, but there's still a water-stain-like haze where the majority of the cloud was.
This also made the severe amount of scratches much more apparent. I would realllllly like to avoid buying all new headlights and i was wondering if anyone has replaced just the casing of the headlights and kept the guts to the original headlights. Or am i just going to have to shell out the money for new headlight assemblies?
Please tell me some good news! Ive got a couple months to figure it out since it's tucked away for winter.
Thanks in advance!!!

Hey again,
trying to get some more information on these headlights. i ended up buying a house instead...silly impulse purchases. seems like people have mixed reviews on the 06 depo headlights. first of all, stupid question, i have an 03 350z touring. will the 06 depo headlights fit? also, for those who have experience, how's the actual projection on the street?
thanks guys!

My experience with the quality of aftermarket Depo headlamps has been pretty miserable. I'd look around for a decent used set of OEM headlamps.
Your experience my vary, and everyone's going to have a different opinion on the Depos, but I bought a set for my 03 Mitsubishi Eclipse back in the day because they looked better than OEM and ended up throwing them in the garbage 2 years later because they completely delaminated and started to leak, even though the car was garaged and maintained meticulously.
