Default After spark plug change car dies after startup. HELp

Changed the spark plugs and the oil. Used ngk laser platinum. Anyway after startup car acts like its misfiring and then dies. No check engine light comes on so I can't pull the codes.

Pulled all the spark plugs and they look exactly like i installed them. Pushed all the ignition coil connectors to make sure they were on there and now i'm out of ideas. What should I check next? Car worked great till I did this so I doubt its a coil that went bad

Numbered the spark plug coils that I took off one at a time they are back in the same position I took a picture of every step I did since it was my first time doing it and went back over it when putting back together.

Did you compare the new plugs with the old ones to make sure they were the identical length? Did you check the gap (even if they were "pre-gapped"?)

If the car's starting and then sputtering and dying, you might want to check if it's a fuel delivery issue. You can do a very basic check ("the screwdriver test") on your injectors to see if they're firing. Check your injector relay/fuse as well. Don't assume that the issue is plug-related, though if push comes to shove, you might try putting your old plugs back in the car to see if that makes the problem go away. If that's the case, buy new OEM plugs at your local dealership.

Just did an o2 sensor oil and spark plugs.

Double checking everything right now but everything seems okay.

Not sure how i'll do the injector test since car only stays on for a few seconds unless I rev it.

They wouldn't fit on the others since the length wouldn't reach. I did notice one of the coils is loose and wont stay seated idk if its the boot plug or coil i'll start with the boot later tonight since its under warranty.

Does the car rev if you press the pedal on start-up? If not your TPS is unplugged. I left mine unplugged and it did the same thing. Gotta push on it pretty hard on mine to get it to seat right. Sounds like an electrical connector problem more then anything else. Car would still run if one plug wasnt firing....just would run like crap

I have test pipes so cats can't be clogged. Could the new oxygen sensors be causing this so soon? Cleaning throttle body tonight

Did you do the throttle body relearn?

Did you see oil when you pulled the plugs?

DIdn't do relearn not sure how

No oil just light carbon buildup plugs were only 40k miles old.

Car has been sitting for about 2 months. It was on a battery maintainer but it had a bad cell so not sure what happened. Got a new battery under warranty before trying to start this morning.

No I mean oil like leaking from the valve cover into the plug/coil area

And did you have to unplug your TB to do the plugs? (Hr)

oh sorry no no oil leak at all and didn't unplug tb since its a 04. Took the intake apart since I couldn't figure out how to reach the last spark plug on either side without taking it all apart.

Cleaned throttle body and still no change.

Maybe the culprit right there.
When I did my plenum spacer 1st time I did it dry/no sealant. Vacuum went from 22 to 13, idled awful. Loosened and retorqued all with inch lb wrench. Same, super erratic idle.

Tore it down and put a thin bead of clear rtv on every layer and retorqued. Vacuum now 22.5, idles and accelerates great.

Craftsman and Harbor Freight sell the smaller torque wrenches. Good luck.

I read somewhere on here that I shouldn't mess with the butterfly all I did was spray and get a microfiber and gently rub it without pushing it

I used motordynes pdf on the and torqued them to 100 in.

Where did you put the rtv? Just around the intake gasket?

How did you check the vacuum?
