Default I smell coolant?

So about 6 months ago I had to replace my radiator and a few other parts due to a leak. I have not had a problem since then; no overheating or anything. The only issue I've had is that if the engine is running and the car sits still for like 10+ minutes, I will start to smell coolant. This only happens when my car is sitting still, like I could drive my car around for an hour, park my car, turn it off, and I would never smell it. But if I leave it running while it sits in one place for just a few minutes I can smell it. I'm sure it's nothing serious because this has been going on for 6 months and I've never had an actual problem with the car, it's just annoying and I want it to go away haha.

Any idea what it might be?

Coolant leaks are never serious....

Get a pressure tester on the car, it is the best way to find a leak.

My HR has always smelled like coolant. When I upgraded the rad I changed the thermostat and gasket that it was leaking from and while it was all open u saw nothing else anywhere. So I figured that was the problem......welp to this day it still smells like coolant with no sign of where is coming from. I gave up

Check under the interior carpets. Could be the heater core.

You don't smell in the car. Only when your in front the car. And obviously when you pop the hood

I never have to add coolant I can just smell it
