Default Car stalls at idle

Hey all. I just started having an issue (only happened 3 times to me so far) where when stopped and I would put the car into 1st, the car would just stall. I noticed the other day that the idle was a little rough and it would intermittently just drop while stopped.

It is an 08 with 62k miles. Engine is stock, no tune. Just have K&N drop-ins and Nismo exhaust.

I am going to clean the airboxes when I get home from work, but besides that maybe a fuel or spark issue? Never had this issue before. And no CEL.

Another note, I ALWAYS run 93 octane, from either Shell or Mobil. I don't put junk gas in my car or bike.

Any help would be appreciated.

Had this exact where if i was out of gear or neutral, cars just shuts off.

Turns out it was the MAF like trav suggested. Swapped that out, havent had the problem since.

Update.

I cleaned the air filters and MAF sensors, and at first it ran horrible, but maybe 5 miles later the car ran much better than it has in a while! I even noticed it doesn't backfire as much as it used to. Idle seems good now.

Thanks for the help guys!

Seriously lol. I think that was the first time I said I was going to take 15 minutes to work on my car and actually spent 15 minutes working on it.
