Default TSC, Slip, ABS, Brake, Tach, Speedo Malfunction after ECU Reset

So I checked around the forums, but I couldn't find an answer. 2 weeks ago I started my 04 Z and the slip light/tcs off illuminated and the tach stayed at 0. I restarted it and the issue went away.

I disconnected my battery yesterday and when I went to start the car same issue returned, but worse. Now the brights were flashing. Tcs off, slip, temperature gauge, Abs & brake turned on after 10 minutes. Tach didnt work, then speedo stopped mid drive. Cruise control didnt work either. It seems that disconnecting the battery somehow triggered this but why and how can I fix it?

Edit: No check engine light or pending codes

Extra info: I have different tires/wheel and an aftermarket alarm system. I know the wheels can sometimes cause the slip/tcs issue but I feel like its something else is causing this. Any help is appreciated, thanks. 03 Z Enthusiasts.

Furthermore my brake fluid and brake pads are good as well, which can sometimes trigger that light. The car seems to run and drive fine. Only thing odd is the idle fluctuates by about 50, but that is to be expected since I haven't done the idle reset pedal dance yet.

The headlights stopped flashing so that is good. I assume this is related to the alarm system.

Do a search for "ABS Slip"

There are a lot of threads that discuss this problem. Here's one of them:

I think you can try reading codes from the code reader first

I used to face this problem last year ago which was so annoying

I 'guess' it might be the camshaft sensor problem

Depend on your car's year you can look for the part (they are different)

I replaced mine and the problem came again

Because I haven't used the code reader so I wasted some money on this

Then one day I found out that the problem came from the SLD I've installed on the passenger side

Its wiring dropped down and exposed to passenger who can easily kick/touch them

And that cost me that symtom.

Hope this help!!!

Edit : just read that you've done the code reading. Maybe it's a wiring problem

When my car did this after a ECU reset it ended up being the TB Acuator which is built into the TB but that was my issue. What's crazy is prior to the ecu reset the car was fine with no lights and disconnect the battery and the TB never works again. Finicky little cars
