Default TCS, SLIP, ABS, Brake light ON!! HELP!

I have a 2004 350z Roadster..Last week i was driving on highway..At around 130kmph Slip light started blinking..i pressed the brake padel and felt that the ABS was activated as well..the effect went away as i slowed the car..but was happening again when i approached 130+

I thought maybe this is because of the tire diameter difference between front and rear (245/30 front, 275/45 rear R19..couldnt find the right profile for rear). I turned TCS off and continued..After 30 miles or so TCS, SLIP, ABS and Brake lights turned on..Ever since that the lights are on..i changed my tires but no use..i got the car scanned and it threw an error on Rear Right abs sensor..I changed the sensor but still same error

After researching on internet i decided to change pads, topped brake fluid to max level..checked all abs sensors on diagnostic (all of them show same speed) but still im getting this error for rear left sensor.
Btw one more thing..if im going above 30kmph and i switch off ignition while driving and turn it back again..all the lights go out and everything gets back to normal (abs, traction everything works fine)
But if i stop the car and turn it on after turning off ignition, the lights will come on as soon as drive it.

Please let me know if anyone has an idea about what is wrong with my z..is it because of the ABS unit gone bad?
Lastly, i got my front wheels aligned..after that my steering angle is not set to zero..can this be the reason? Please tell me its all because of that

Could be front steering angle sensor not zeroed properly. Done any other mods to suspension or wheels/brakes other than the 19" wheels?

What tires are actually on the car now? Very important, the ones you previously listed will trip the system.

Yes, something is really screwed up here. But, haphazardly swapping electronic components isn’t what you want to do. That approach cost$ a lot of $$’s, and will likely take a long time solving your problem.

I ask the same question terrasmak presents:

I suggest installing the correct size tires and disconnecting/reconnecting your car’s battery.

Question: What size tires are you running now?

Im currently running 245/35 r19 in front n 245/50 r17 at rear (stock wheels)
i dont think it should be because of tires now as the difference in diameter isn't much now..secondly the lights come on as soon as the car starts moving not before that
And i tried resetting ECU by disconnecting battery wires around 10 times

It could be the steering angle sensor OR low brake pads and/or fluid?

ABS/traction control ECU is seeing the wheels spinning at a faster speed than the rear wheels. It doesn't know the wheel diameters are different, it just thinks the front wheels are losing traction. When/why it happens is totally dependent on how Nissan programmed the traction control, even if you take the vdc off it kicks back on at highspeeds by itself

mine kicks in all the time below 30 mph, no one can figure it out, not even my cousin who is a nissan techs or any of the tech in my garage...it started immediately after I installed upper control arms to adjust the camber(they were not arms that needed the shims). No codes and all the sensors read correctly when hooked up to the scanner....stock tire size, I since took the arms off and raised the car up from sportlines to teins(s techs) and run 255/40/18 and 235/40/18, it still does it, no codes.... I give up, I just drive without abs, just pull the connector on the relay by the master cyl, no biggie except for all the frigging warning lights. I might start throwing parts at it just out of curiosity, I seem to remember pulling harder than I wanted to on one of the front sensors because my dumb butt forgot to unplug it when installing the arms, but again no codes....oh well.

I've had the same warning lights due to a bad wheel speed sensor. Does it come in after about 200 meters of driving? Restarting the engine clears it but it comes back after driving again?

I took my car to a Nissan dealership and they checked it with their CONSULT-II system, and they were able to determine the car had no response from one of the wheel speed sensors. I replaced the sensor and the problem is gone.

Default the exact same problem

Hey roadster83,

I have the exact same issue with my car. I had it checked with my mechanic, and the code was C1125 which I guess means I should replace the ABS actuator which is 1600 dollars. I don't know what to do. That is so expensive, and I am afraid I pay the money and it doesn't fix the issue.

Did you have any success fixing your car? please let me know.

I am having the same problem. If I turn hard right on exit turns my abs kicks in causing my car to brake. Its driving me crazy and its done it with even the stock wheels. My steering wheel is angled a little to the left and after getting several alignments they have never straightened my steering wheel. Could this be my issue? If so how do I correct it since alignment shops arent capable.

I'm looking for the exact same thing! Stupid ABS Light on is an inspection failure in my state now so I'm needing to just turn the light off because it doesn't seem to be giving an error code to give me a clue what to fix! Just need to turn the dash light OFF
