Default Instrument Cluster problem

Has anyone ever had this problem with the instrument cluster? It only happens on the odometer/tripometer. Do I need to replace the whole instrument cluster or is a loose connection somewhere. Also when I pull or push slightly on the cluster all of the digits come back normal which makes me think it's a loose connection.

Take it apart and look for a bad solder joint. If you fix one, or can just reheat it until the solder flows and makes good contact again.

I had the same issue and I sent my gauges to be worked on @ gaugecraft by Bob. I can find the email/vids later, but what it came down to was replacing cluster bc of how/where it was damaged.

Looks like you diagnosed your own problem. Honestly though that would not bother me
