This is is the banana arm. can't be replaced, the ball joint is upside down on that arm, do you still see it torn looking it like this?

If its just torn and noticing no ill effects, you do not need to replace. A mechanic could tell you in about 10 minutes.

i have a clunking on that side. but i also need a new upper spring insulator, and my lower control arm bushings look like are starting to crack on the sides of the arm in a vertical line.

but i don't want to pay the work 2 or 3 times guessing parts, this car still has some parts that haven't been changed since new.

i bought some new:

- strut mounts
- strut mounts insulator
- Banana arms
- Upper arms
- Lower control arms bushings
- knuckle ball joints, in case they are bad

I have changed not so long the inner and outer tie rods, sway bar links, and my sway bar bushing looks good.

now i just got to wait like 2 weeks to get all and install it

Hi just to update. I replaced all my front arms, ball ball joints, strut mounts and links. And still had a clicking on the car.

No mechanic i wen't was able to figure it out. But i startet looking videos online and suspected a bottom engine mount support nut from a video i saw.

I went to the car and reach for it and it was so loose i could turn it with a single finger.

I coun't believe the issue i had for a couple of years, but just now recently was getting too frequently was so simple.

But i screwed it good and went for a ride and no more sound. Feels like new.

Feels good to finally have this fixed. And finally knowing what it was.

And my car isn't embarrasing no more on bumps or bad roads.
