Default Power loss after Winter storage

Hello,

I'm new here, got my 350z 14 months back.

Never had any issues or problems with the car.
Car has been in winter storage and took it out, battery was dead.
I managed to get a new battery, car starts fine without throwing a cel of what kind.
First the cruise controle doens't work, the set lights blinks.
When accelerating the car seems the not give full throttle, sometimes it does and it goes like it should.
When it's in idle and you rev the car it also stays in rpm's longer as normal.

Seems like the car doesn't have good connection between pedal and throttle body?! I have reset the ecu with the key and pedal trick.
have checked the movement of the throttlebutterfly this seems fine, isn't sticky.

Out of options don't want to bring to a dealer if it's something small.

Thanks!

My usual question for drivability questions: have you scanned the car for any codes?

Did you scan for both ECM and BCM codes? Have you tried checking all grounds before going further?

Never heard of a bad bulb affecting drivability, but if you say so...
