Default Flickering lights seen behind dash

2005 350Z 35th Anniversary Edition - All original (no modifications); original owner; basic service & repairs only; low miles; not a handy/repair person at all; no issues with it for all these years until now.

Randomly, a light or spark-like flickering can be viewed behind the dash while driving at night in the dark, regardless of what gear I am in. I took a picture to capture the 3 spots where I see this. The "circle" opening at the centre of the red needle on all 3 gauges allows you to see behind the dash. Sometimes flickering shows up more behind 1, 2 or 3 but it is consistently flashing randomly (like a mini lightning storm).

I'm concerned little critters ate away at some electrical (maybe?) while in winter storage? Nissan specialized mechanics can't seem to find anything wrong. Hoping experts on this forum can assist. Thx.
