Hey guys, I recently put on a new NRG steering wheel, dont need the volume control stuff but I got a cruise control switch for my base model to switch maps, i connected it all except the green wire which i assume is ground and nothing worked. Then I grounded to the steering shaft ( where the 19MM nut goes) and still nothing. Is there a fuse or a module thats required for the base models? I use to be able to just put the switch in and it worked.

Update; I put this car together from scratch thats why im wondering if theres a cruise control module box or anything that relates to the switch to work.
