P2A03 Buying Advice
Hello,
I am looking to buy a 350z in the coming weeks. There is one close to me that, model wise, is exactly what I want. (San M Blue, HR, enthusiast+, 6 speed, great condition, stock, maintenance record)
However the car has been throwing P2A03 hard. The seller says he took it to local shops like Midas and they swapped out sensors, and the code keeps coming back. He claims he even took it to a Nissan dealership and they do not know what is wrong. Seller claims car still gets expected MPG. I have driven it, as well as others, and I cant tell if it is suffering from power loss. Maybe. Car also has TPMS light which is no big deal, however it was not there when the seller got the car and it had aftermarket rims.
I am wondering if I should pursue this car, get a good deal, and attempt to fix it/flash it after a couple years. I am worried this is something much worse and more expensive than a bad O2 sensor. Seller is willing to take it around to see what is going on.
Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Pay an experienced Nissan tech to do a full mechanical assessment of this Z BEFORE considering any purchase. Expect to spend a couple of hundred bucks and know that it's money well-spent.
