Default Coolant Flush

What's up Z fam!
I have an 08 350z (HR) that I'm about to rebuild for the second time. I need a little help with the coolant flush.
Now last time I rebuilt it (for the lovely gallery gaskets), I wasn't sure about the cooling system flush. I knew I had to drain the radiator and empty the reservoir, but as I was taking parts off afterwards there seemed to be a decent amount of coolant left in the piping (one going through the engine attached to the.....filler neck?).
I watched a video where this guy was doing a flush and he took off a cap on the side of the engine that DRAINS ANY REMAINING COOLANT from the engine!
Do our Zs have this cap???

I want to know to completely drain it because after I got her up and running last time (with auto parts coolant), i went to Nissan for a good ol pure flush. It wasn't long ago so I want to keep the coolant and put it back when I'm done.

Thanks in advance!

3. 2 on passenger side, 1 on drivers.

Here's a better pic. Numbers 1 and 4 are what need to be removed (2 1s and 1 4)

Default Need more info!

As I'm tearing everything apart today, I realize I don't have any torque down specs.
Anyone have it for the timing cover, alternator, ps pump, ac compressor pulley, crank pulley, idle pulleys, tensioner, etc?
Also the oil pan!

You can always look them up. You asked for the specs for alot of different parts. I haven't had the chance to sit and gather them all for you.
