I had AC and Alternator belts replaced 4days ago and when I was driving back home the tensioner came off and I lost power steering, I went back to the mechanic he was able to put the tensioner back on with a different nut because couldn't find the nut which was on it originally. From next morning car was making this noise:

Since then it has gone alot worse/louder and noise lasts much longer.
Did he not put the belt on properly again or is something else causing this noise?
If anyone know what's the cause of this please reply. Thanks
The bit with sticker is that came off and he put it back with different nut.
Your YouTube link doesn't work so I can't comment on the noise. Sometimes pulleys make noise as they get old but if this happened immediately after someone worked on it there's your problem.
My suggestion - Pay $2 for the correct nut from dealer/salvage yard and get a better mechanic. Gl!
