Over the past month, I have noticed a weird squealing noise coming from the engine of my Z. It does not seem to be my belt and I was wondering if any of you guys have had the same problem. It only occurs when I am idleing at a stop but the car is usually in drive idling when the noise occurs. Please help me out

 

i have the same thing but only when its cold out. usually like the first 15 minutes of driving then it tends to go away.

 

Dude, that is exactly what happens to me. It sounds horrible! How do we fix that?
