Hello, I have a 2007 350z, the car has no throttle response and the idle is super choppy (sounds like a cammed ls), also on cold start it idles like it is warm. Engine code is P0603. New battery done today and new alternator was installed a few months back.

 

was thinking possibly one of the cam sensors or somthing regarding the ecm like the code says. not sure
