Default 2004 350z Oil Filter Assembly

Hoping I found the correct forum section; first time poster to this site although the discussions here have helped guide several fixes so far.

I have a small oil leak occurring from rubber tubing leaving the oil filter assembly. I am not sure what this tube is, and I'm confident neither does local auto parts shops as I have gotten several different answers. Please do me a really big favor; take a look at this image and can you identify this tube for me? Thanks so much for any help you can offer.
