My 350z does not feel confidence inspiring
So I bought my first 350z like 2 weeks ago, it is a roadster, manual (yes, its what I wanted), and it has 179k miles, I know it needed work, im mechanically inclined so I do know my way around a car. The first thing the car needed for sure was new tires, because the ones it had, the front ones were worn down to the metal threading or whatever. As well as an issue where when I would break, id hear a clunk in the front. In the drive home, I have to take this mountain pass, and as you peak the mountain it also has a turn to it, as I went over the peak, the car felt like it was just ready to fishtail, it was panic enducing, it didnt skid or anything it just felt like it was ready to give and 180 off the side of the mountain, but I was able to get home safe and sound. So after a day or two I got new tires all around, and an alignment, and fixed the clunking noise, which happened to be a loose control arm. So by now Ive driven it a few times, highway speeds no issues, until today, heading down the same mountain pass, opposite direction, and as im going down it feels floaty again, I will add, it was a bit windy and the roads arent exactly smooth, but its still a scary feeling, not feeling like you can trust your own cars stability. I drove like an absolute b**** continuing onto a freeway, and even doing 50 on a straight line, hitting little bumps and taking slight turns, switching lanes, it feels horrifying, and Ive driven aggresively before with previous cars, Ive driven a minivan with more confidence inspiring control, so I dont know if its supposed to feel that way and Im just not used to it, or if something is not okay with the car. But I dont know what else it could be, alignment and new tires check, no weird sounds, the shocks look good all around. Any suggestions as to what it could be and what I should look in to?
Edit: Sorry for the long post, just want to preamptively answer some questions you might have for me

Yeah I know, id let someone experienced drive it if I could. I just want to see if anyone has had a similar experience and see if that could lead me to a "fix". But yeah im gonna take it to get the suspension looked at as soon as I can afford it

Welcome and your first post has been moved to a more appropriate forum. My only comment is your bought a used car with 179K miles on it with tires worn to the cords and wondered why the handling was spooky? If you're at all mechanically inclined, I'd wonder why it wouldn't in that condition!
Once you get some decent tires and get it aligned, it's time to look at suspension components including shocks, bushings and steering components. Don't be surprised if the alignment tech comes back to you saying it's difficult to get an accurate alignment on this ZR without replacing some of those components first.

Oh thank you for moving it, I appreciate it.
as to why I bought it, it was a good deal, especially for a manual, convertible, rear wheel drive car, ya know?
And im mechanically inclined, youtube mechanic, but not a professional by any means. But instinctively the best idea I had was to ask here first, before I go lifting the car and messing about.
Edit: But yes Ive already got new tires all around, alignment, they said id need a camber kit but they were able to get it within spec so the alignment was done, I still have the sheet for how it was left post-alignment.

So it sounds like you may have bought a modified car with some sketchy maintenance........ You should start replacing suspension components. 179 000 miles. I would say bushings shocks springs Then just keep going. A car with that many miles isn’t going to be cheap.
