Sparkplugs Washers?

I got a new 2008 hr 350z recently and I am going to do the sparky p's soon. I got the OEM densos. They have 2 washers on each plug. Do I just install them with the washers on? What are they for?

They're crush washers. Put them in as is and torque to spec.
