Default Possible clutch issue?

So I installed an mrev 2 lower plenum and spacer on Sunday. Today I took my car out and while driving it started to make a little rattlely growl which sounds like it is coming from the bottom of the engine, it is subtle and hard to pick up but I'm noticing it as well as now I feel a slight vibration when I push in the "take up"in my clutch. It feels kind of gritty. It feels more exaggerated when I'm accelerating hard. Everything thing appears to be operating fine. No loss of power and shifting fine just this slight rattle vibration.it was not there driving sunday or Monday to which I was romping on it trying out my new parts.Has anyone else had anything similar? Could it be a clutch issue? I'm wondering if perhaps a pilot bearing? Any insight would be appreciated!

Is the strut bar making contact with the top of the plenum after the the plenum spacer and mrev2 install? You could try removing it and drive around to see if the vibration/noise goes away.

That's a good thought.
I did replace the factory one with a new tanabe one and I adjusted it to clear I thought I checked a few times to make sure it was not against the hood but I am now wondering if when it gets hot could it expand and touch the hood and vibrate.
The noise does seem to not be there when the engine is cold.
