Default Possible clutch issue?

So I installed an mrev 2 lower plenum and spacer on Sunday. Today I took my car out and while driving it started to make a little rattlely growl which sounds like it is coming from the bottom of the engine, it is subtle and hard to pick up but I'm noticing it as well as now I feel a slight vibration when I push in the "take up"in my clutch. It feels kind of gritty. It feels more exaggerated when I'm accelerating hard. Everything thing appears to be operating fine. No loss of power and shifting fine just this slight rattle vibration.
it was not there driving sunday or Monday to which I was romping on it trying out my new parts.
Has anyone else had anything similar? Could it be a clutch issue? I'm wondering if perhaps a pilot bearing? Any insight would be appreciated!
