Default 2004 Convertible top HELP Needed

Hello,

I have a 2004 350z and I am currently having an issue with my top. The top has no issue going down. However, when deploying back up it does get stuck. Clicking the button to put it back up moves it slightly back but then stay still. Do you happen to know if there is a manual way to close the 2004 Nissan 350z convertible top or do you know what the problem is? When I took it to Nissan they stated that the convertible top was going off its tracks when it was closing. I also heard that it is a possibility of it being the 5th bow motor.

Attached to this links is a video of what is going on.

Do you have any suggestions?

Remove all the vinyl covering the mechanics/gears for the top assembly. Make sure nothing is caught in the gear teeth and lube with light lithium grease. Also look in the Roadster subforum for a bunch of threads on tops.
