Why do I have these O2 ECU codes!?

Default Why do I have these O2 ECU codes!?









I've replaced all 4 O2 sensors and reset ECU several times.

Car is not tuned.
No engine modsStock cats+downpipesTomei exhaust

If all 4 sensors are good, then some other possible causes are the harnesses or connectors, fuel pressure, fuel injectors, or intake air leaks. Easiest thing would be to check for any shorts or breaks in the wiring or harnesses.

Do the sensors look good based on my obd reader info?
The fuel trim is higher on one bank but I read that's normal. Doubt it's a fuel pressure issue if fuel trim is still happening.

What should I do?
