I’ve read a lot of the old posts, but can’t find my particular issue.

When I try to put the top down - the windows roll down and the passenger seat moves forward properly, the hatch opens, and the 5th bow motor works properly. After the 5th bow motor stops, the top doesn’t retract. Just hear a loud click from the center part of the compartment. If I hold the button and help the top down, I can get it down. The motors raise the top just fine as well. All sequencing seems fine too.

Is this a symptom of a failing motor, or some kind of relay issue?

 

Elastic straps need replacing.
