Default P0300 code

I just upgraded to Z1 1000cc fuel injectors and a deatschwerks fuel pump in order to run e85. My tuner gave me a few base maps to use in order to get back to the shop the next day after installing the new injectors and filling up with e85. The injector install, emptying the gas, and refilling all went smoothly and was done correctly, but now I’m getting a p0300 code. The tuner at my appointment today told me he thought one of my brand new injectors wasn’t working properly, but I think it could be a few more things too. We plugged and unplugged all injectors and coil packs, and he thought the cylinder 2 injector was the problem. We then used the stethoscope and that injector was clicking, but he said it wasn’t as strong as the other ones. I should probably just listen to the tuner and try and clean or replace that fuel injector, but my overthinking wants to make sure everything else is okay, instead of just going off of my tuners ear. Any thoughts?
