I have 2005 nissan Fairlady Z (automatic) drove the car hit a bump, CEL, TCS off, Slip lights all come one. Disconnected battery and lights did not come back on. Drove for 90km, straight road no bumps and then all 3 lights came back on. No loss of power, no stuttering, no issues starting car, no limp mode. Any one have any ideas what could be the issue?
