Default No power locks unless key is in ignition

I'm new here and having an issue with our 2005 350Z convertible. It was in a fender bender a year ago and hasn't worked properly since the repairs. First the passenger side window would roll down when you took the key out of the ignition. I'm now able to keep it up if I use the manual part of the window switch and not the auto up. The other issue with the car is the fob stopped working with the car but also the electric locks when you press on the switch. However, the switch does lock the 2 doors when the key is in the on position. So to me the electronics are working on the doors. Just not getting power when the key is not on. Any suggestions on what might be wrong? I can't find information on what the smart entry control module actually does. It's expensive to replace and not sure that is the issue. Thanks for any suggestions. P.S.Not sure if it's related but the fuel release button is also not working and we need to open it using the trunk release. Checked all the fuses and they are fine.
