Default Losing coolant. Car overheating

Hi,
im new on here. Purchased a 2005 350z its losing coolant no leaks visible. Car overheats. Fans working really slow Recently had a new relay fitted. Could it be a fault in the relay. Definitely no signs of head gasket. Could it be thermostat.

It could be the fan motors themselves if they're not spinning fast enough.

That does not explain the coolant loss.

It's going somewhere.
