350z steering wheel makes creeping / popping sound
Hey there! About a year ago, I noticed a slight knocking sound when turning left and right but didn't think much of it. I got an alignment, and the mechanic said, "Your steering rack is going bad; you should replace it right away." Clueless, I bought and installed a new one. Initially, there were no sounds, and I was happy. However, about two days later, I went for another alignment since installing the rack threw my alignment out badly. That went well, but 2-4 days later, the sound returned. I've replaced lower ball joints, both sway bar end links, and lower control arms, and it's definitely not my struts/coilovers as they're brand new (BCS). I kind of just dealt with it because I started replacing so much, and nothing changed, so eventually, it went away for about 8 months. Then, I replaced my compression arms, got an alignment, and it started again, but even worse. Please, someone, help me fix this; no shop will help since I'm lowered.
