Default Small outward ding on passenger side

I have a small outwards ding on my rear passenger fender. Its from a rock from my tire denting it outwards.

I showed the bodyshop. They said they will have to reshoot the whole panel. Damn. Is that true? Is it worth it in any ones opinion or should i just leave it there. Something about a whole side of my car not having factory paint freaks me out.

3 word..............paintless dent repair. Traditional body shops will screw you every chance they get.

PDR can fix it. I think they call your problem an "outte". They just gently tap it back into shape from the outside.
