Sounds like you might have a small vacuum leak. Open the hood, start the engine listen for any hissing/suction sounds around the plenum. You might have to take off the engine cover to do it though.

Why would you put your car in neutral at 75MPH anyway?

I also have heard about some crank sensor that make the engine stall and sometimes shuts engine off. Check it out

Seeing how I never thru my Z into nuetral at 75 mph, maybe your car is just telling you to get out of the car cause you can't drive. Just kidding.

I've heard of this happening with people who have the JWT pop charger installed incorrectly. Do a search on this, I've seen threads about this before.

yeah i think its related to the pop charger. check out some threads in the engine/FI section. people had stalling problems with injen also. People say they just reseted the ECU but unplugging the neg terminal and leaving it off for 24hrs. for some people it worked.. some didn't

Its called "blow back" and is from the JWT popcharger. You either have to drive your car without letting it rev down to fast after hitting high RPM's, get a SAFC feul managment piggy back computer to adjust for the blow back, or take the JWT popcharger off oyur car.
