I think this is odd...

after 12000miles when I drive in the morning, all things being cold, shifting into 5th is accompanied by a little roughness grind feel on the shifter. it happens repeatedly till its warmed up.

I wont waste my time bringing it to nissan cause when I get there it will be warm and they wont know what Im talking about.

any ideas what it is and if itll get worse so I can bring it in for a new tranny if need be?

I think unlike most, I want to get a new tranny, always have even when it worked fine.

I think a new tranny means a new clutch too. but whatever the case, I dont mind having 12000miles subtracted off the tranny.
