Please Help!

I have a remote Perma Cool oil filter and remote cooler with fan. I currently have the front bumper cover off of my '03 350Z, and I just cannot seem to find a suitable location to mount the two. My objectives are to: 1) have fairly easy access to change the filter, and 2) find a place to put the cooler. The cooler has its own fan that can be wired a number of different ways, the point being, it is able of creating its own airflow.

If anyone has performed this modification with a Perma Cool product, or any other, please share your experiences with me. I'm a good fabricator, and can Tig weld stainless, aluminum, etc. if needed to create say, a customon mounting bracket. Again, anyone having any experience doing this type of instal, or anyone having useful suggestions, please feel free to drop me a line.
