What oil change interval are you guys running when you are using synthetic oil?

 

3K or after every DE.

depends on how you drive. IMHO, 3K interval is overkill for most people, unless you really drive in stop and go traffic all day and use your Z as a tow truck. With a good synthetic oil, and good oil filter (too bad the newer style OEM filter is so small and has less filteration media), my OCI is about 4-5K miles.

 

5k or 6 months with Amsoil ASL 5w30

 

about every 4k on mobil1 5w30. I drive the car hard.
