Default BBB ordered NNA to buy back z d/t alignment problems

Just received the decision, Nissan is ordered to buy back my z, tax license fees included with a deduction of usage.

It was worth all the time, effort, and disappointment--I can now get rid of the car and buy something else.

hi jefsali,

i was wondering if you pm me on how your case went. i have a hearing with BBB in a couple weeks and although i've been preparing since december(when i opened the case), i can never be too prepared. what were your strongest arguments and what things arent worth arguing.
any help appreciated.

a million thanks.

Yes BBB has the authority to order NNA to buy back a vehicle. Look in you owner's manuel. It will discribe who to do it. It is a process before filing a lemon lawsuit.

I and many others on this board can testify to that. I had my hearing in Sept 15 2003 and turned in my car on Oct 6, 2003. The only thing that was a pain in the butt was getting my name off of the title. That didn't happened until Jan of 2004 after many phone calls to the Arbitration Specialist at NAA.

So now I am driving a 2004 MBZ CLK with 8500 miles. To date, I have not one single problem. My husband drove the Z and couldn't decided what car to replace it with so instead I got my car.

Good for you. Nothing worse than a car that is a thorn in your side.
