My windows doesn't drop down very far compared to the passanger side. I have just under 20K miles. If it's an adjustment issue I'll have to pay for it but if it's a failure of some sort it's covered.
It barely clears the frame when I open and close the door. A Nissan tech said that it's fine and not worry about it but he said since it's my car I can have it fixed but it may cost me...
Anyone know if it's an adjustment that needs to be made or is it a motor that will be replaced?
Thanks,
Kevin

Dealer to replaced window regulater per bulletin BT04-007A. Window now drops down correctly and so far appears to be working properly.
And here's the note from Nissan's TSB website:
NTB04040
IF YOU CONFIRM: The door glass of an Applied Vehicle does not drop 10mm when opening the door. ACTIONS: · Mark the door glass before removal. · Replace the window regulator and re-install the door glass. · Reset the window motor limit switch. ·Adjust the door glass. · Finish reassembling the vehicle. See this bulletin for further detail.

Do you know if there is a mileage end point where this TSB is no longer covered?
I'm Very angry now... I'm not surprised that the nissan manager didn't know of a TSB on this issue but I AM VERY VERY UNAHPPY with the fact that NNA either did not check to see if there is a TSB, didn't know to look or just didn't care to look..
I'm going to give them a call in the morning they better help me out with this..
If someone has the TSB on this that would be great appreciated!!
Thanks,
Kevin
