I own an 04 base z, does anyone encounter their steering wheel vibrates when driving around 65 mph and up. It started to happen right after Nissan made an adjustment to my from tires because they were making noise.

 

your front tires are out of balance... maybe one of the wheel weights fell off... take it back to the dealer and tell them to check the front wheel balance

 

tire pressure...check that... i bet 1 side is way lower than the other
