So my 2nd tranny in my car is now popping out of 6th gear. I timed it a bunch of times on the factory timer, it takes anywhere between 2-10 seconds for it to pop out of 6th gear and into neutral. Here is my question to you guys. I have test-pipes on my car, should I worry about my dealer saying anything about it, or should I put the cats in? I really dont feel like putting in my cats though, my dealer never gave me any trouble for the 2nd tranny and that was with i/e/plenum. What would you guys do? Since I have almost 33K miles if they replace the tranny I am gonna throw in a Tilton clutch/FW set-up...

 

so whats going to happen when your tranny goes out and your already FI?????
