Default Went to the dealer for an oil change and came back with a broken car.

Took it in for an oil change today. (Changing the oil on a Z thats lowered is a project in itself) Go to pick up my car and dude was like...you're going to be mad. They pull my car up and the drivers side front mud flap and sideskirt was pulled down and back. "Supposedly" the guy who pulled it in got it caught on the lift and was smart enough to keep moving forward. So now I have a f@cked up @ss flap and side skirt. They even had the audacity to expect me to pay for the oil change still. I had to "suggest" to the guy that I shouldn't have to pay for them to f@ck up my car. So now dude says its going to be about a week and a half before they can get the parts and paint them and get my car fixed. Right now it looks like they are going to have to replace the mud flap, side skirt, and fender. Motherf@ckers.

Thats why I will never have somone else change my oil. Remember those oil change guys are basically high school kids working at the dealer at minimum wage.

Buy some jacks and do it yourself next time. You will be amazed how easy it is + you get the satisfaction knowing you worked on your own car. I changed my Z's oil yesterday, and the Maxima's today. It felt great doing my own maintanance.

Plus you save $ out of the deal. For a dealer oil change you can basically upgrade to Full Synthetic for the same price.

Sorry for your ordeal, at least they told you the damage and you didn't find out until you got home. You woulda been SOL then.

Gl, I hope you get it repaired.

Some good advice, find the best body shop out there, unless the dealer has there own body shop. DO NOT let them take it to there body shop of choice. They are normally the lowest bidder, ect.

Yeah I have always done my own oil changes. This is the first car I have ever taken to a dealer for a change. After I put the B&Gs on it was such a pain to get it up on wood and then jack it up and then remove 45,000,000 bolts to get the skidplate off. I was just going to let them do it until 10 when I was going to switch to Syn anyway. Murphy's law man. The last time you go is the time you get ****ed. This is the last time my car goes to any dealer if I can help it. I mean I've had my Frontier longer than my Z and its only been to the dealer to pick up parts. NEVER serviced.
