Quick question about 6mt and 5th gear. I have an '03 and had my transmission replaced at 8,000 miles when my 3rd gear was grinding. I now have 25,000 miles and my 5th gear is going in but I feel a little grind when shifting over 5000rpm into 5th. Is anyone else experiencing this? I think it might be the pressure plate not alinged properly, thinking it may have dropped. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

my tranny was replaced also for the 3rd gear grind at 7,000 miles. 22,000 miles later, it is doing the grind on 5th gear but at 2,000 rpm exactly. It doesn't grind above or below. (is it time for another tranny)
