installed wing, now hatch keeps falling
Anyone had a problem with the hatch not staying up after installing a wing? Put on a carbon fiber NISMO wing, and now the door keeps falling... Is that something i should take to the dealer or should i try to find stronger lift cylinders?

I have that same problem! I have a NISMO wing too but not CF unfortunately. Also when I press the button to pop the hatch I have to lift at the same time or the hatch won't open

Hey, I saw this in a thread ..... Try it! I just got through, and it works perfectly!
Trying removing your springs, and inserting 2 pennies inside the rubber covering and then reassmble. I wrapped the pennies with a little bit of electrical tape to keep them from rattling.
I removed the ballast (square weight) attached to the underside of the hatch door. Remove the inside cover.
Now when i press the remote or button, the door springs open on the first try, and the hatch stays up all by itself!!
