I have a question, where are the TPS located? I just picked up a set of track wheels and I was wondering where the TPS's are? Also if they are, hows the work with the car itself, I have the touring model, does the TPS system have top be prewired for teh car or should it just automatically just come on? Sopmeone help me on this matter please....
the sensors themselves are integrated into valve stems and reside at the base of the valve stem hole, just inside the wheel.
The wheel being motion activates them.
They must be programmed (calibrated) in sync with the information center in the car- something typically done at a dealership.
I would anticipate that all Zs with this information center would have that capability, whether they come with TPS or not. It wouldn't make sense for Nissan to buy different types of chips for different option groups.
