Default Brake Light Stays on

Hey whats up guys, my brake light comes on when accelerating fast in 2nd gear and when braking relatively hard but not enough for ABS. Also recently it came on and stayed on until i hit the brakes. I checked brake fluid and it is good to go. Dunno whats going on anyone with any ideas???

add a little brake fluid to the reservoir even is there is some in there. you might just be low enough to trip the light when under hard accelleration or braking. thats what happened to me. i looked there was enough in there but i added some and solved the problem. but if you havent yet i think this is an early marker for needing new brake pads. a few months after i did this i had to get new pads. good luck

Same thing happened to me. Needed to add brake fluid, even thouh it was within the marks. The hard accel. and braking causes it to slosh in the reservoir, causing the light to trip. Add some and you should be good to go.
