I don't have a 350Z, rather a Z28.
I came here because I really like the new 350Z, and generally love to chat about all performance related cars.

Hopefully you guys can accept me even though I don't have a 350Z

And hopefully you can at least apreciate my 94 Z28...

I have never been beaten by a stock LT1(even the one Vette I raced), but most of the ones I race are A4's.
However there are quite a few stock LT1's in the high 13's. Most of them not though. The record for an LT1 F-bod is 13.5ish I believe with around a 102 trap.

I am really looking forward to racing a 350Z. I havn't even seen *one* yet (outside of NAIAS), let alone gotten beside one in my Z28.
Based on the trap speeds I have been seeing, the 350Z will probably pull on me slowly from 65+ (given an equal driver).

So all I can hope is to get a better launch, and shut it down before he passes me

On a side note...like I mentioned, I havn't even seen one on the street yet. I hear other people (here and on other forums) saying they see a few of them... I figured living in Dayton, which has a lot of imports (vs Michigan, where I am recently from) that I would have seen a few by now....what gives?

 

I live in the boondocks and it seems like I see one every week now.
