Yeah, he's graduating from High School in a couple weeks. My wife and I gave him $100 for As and $50 for Bs the whole time he was in school. We held the money for him and told him we'd help him buy a car his senior year. He had about $2500 from his grades and we put in the other $1500. Got a great deal on the car from my neighbor who bought it new. Its got 107k miles, eibach springs, koni adjustables, DC Sports CAI, some type of exhaust, and 17" wheels, new tires, and new timing belt. Has a pretty nice stereo.
My first car was a '73 Nova that had a 350. I started saving for a car from the time I was 13 and bought it when I was 17 for $2400. If I can find a scanner, I'll post it.

this is me last week, when i was on vacation in baja mexico... rented that thing with no license for 20 bucks/half a day... lol... it was fun.. no rules ... i was flying past stop signs, cutting people off... was fun... lol..
