Those are some clean pictures of your MR-2 bro What camera did you use for those pics? Looks like it could've been an SLR...

 

Actually it's just my Canon Powershot S410.

As soon as I get my car back, I will be looking for the next available Z meet to attend. It's been a while!

 

Well actually, only the pics of my MR2 are the ones I took w/ my S410.

Pic of me is another friends 20D.

 

I owned 3 MR2 Turbos on '91 and '92...great little "driver" cars... I had one pushing almost 400hp. Biggest problems mine had was transmission synchros were very weak...

 

Yeah, the 91-92 trannys will do that to ya.

Cabt wait for my TFFR + 850's and a good tune. I'll be doing 350-390ish rwhp, not sure yet. I'm hoping to nail a low-mid 12 on street tires.

I ran a 13.6 with less then 220rwhp on crappy little street tires on my old wheels and absolutly no drag experiance or experiance w/ the car.

I'll probably be limited to mid 12's though so long as I run street tires.

 

[sarcasm] no, really? that never happens.... the 91 and 92 trannies are bullet proof //[sarcasm]


yup... i replaced the syncros in mine a couple of times before i decided to say screw that, and upgraded to the 93 LSD transmissions.... made a world of difference

heres a couple for ya,
first off, one of my recent upgrades i bought...

and heres my other 2 cars. The one up front is a 79' Trabant I am Restoring and then the second is a 5er E34 with a M3 engine swap.

up next is the Motor from the Trabant. Its 595CC of pure 2 stroke power producing 25HP, after i am done it should put out about 34HP
